My Med Tour Guide (operated by EHS Americas Consulting, LLC, DBA My Med Tour Guide, an independent contractor affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network) provides dental tourism concierge services including consultation coordination, travel planning, and on-the-ground accompaniment for clients traveling abroad for dental treatment.

We are a concierge and travel coordination company — not a dental provider, medical institution, or insurance company. We do not perform, diagnose, or guarantee the outcomes of any dental procedures.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or booking a package, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3 Consultations and Quotes

Free consultations are offered to assess your dental needs and provide a transparent pricing estimate. Quotes are based on information you provide and are subject to change following a clinical evaluation at the partner clinic.

Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a booking or binding contract.

4 Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

• A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your booking
• Package pricing includes treatment, travel logistics, lodging, ground transport, and My MTG concierge service — unless otherwise specified in your contract
• Packages do not include meals, optional tours, or gratuities
• Final payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement

5 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in your signed service agreement. In general:

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and costs already incurred
• Changes to travel dates or destinations may incur additional fees
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations

My Med Tour Guide is not responsible for costs arising from cancellations caused by external factors including airline delays, weather, or medical emergencies.

6 Medical Disclaimer

My Med Tour Guide coordinates access to vetted dental providers but does not practice dentistry or medicine. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome of any dental procedure performed by partner clinics.

All treatment decisions are made between you and your treating dentist. You are responsible for disclosing your full medical history, allergies, and current medications to your provider.

By booking with us, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with any dental or medical procedure and international travel.

7 Complications and Post-Treatment Care

Our partner clinics stand behind their work. In the event of a complication:

• Clinics offer remote follow-up and clear aftercare protocols
• We recommend staying in-country one additional day after your final appointment
• If a return visit is required, treatment costs from the partner clinic are covered; travel costs are the client’s responsibility
• My Med Tour Guide is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance with aftercare instructions

8 Travel Risks and Insurance

International travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport and travel documents are valid
• Obtaining any required visas for your destination
• Reviewing travel advisories for your destination country
• Purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance

My Med Tour Guide is not responsible for losses, delays, or incidents arising from travel disruptions, natural disasters, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Med Tour Guide and EHS Americas Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to treatment outcomes, travel disruptions, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11 Governing Law
